Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message text you provide, so that we can reply.
Conversation text. Text you enter into a conversation is processed in order to generate a reply. Do not enter sensitive personal information, financial details or credentials.
Technical data. Standard server records such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp are generated when any website is visited, and are used for security and reliability.
Why we handle it
To operate and secure the site, to answer your messages, to understand which pages are useful and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses only the storage strictly needed to serve pages correctly. Where any optional measurement is introduced, it will be described here first.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and to keep a record of it. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Third parties
Hosting and infrastructure providers process data strictly on our instructions. Links that lead away from this site are governed by the privacy practices of their own operators.
Your choices

Dialogue app is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly handle information belonging to children.
